Despite the European Union increasing role as one of the major power and contibutor to the solutions of various problems in this world that entailed participation in conflicts resolution and peace keeping a round the world, particularly in the known regions of conflicts as the Middle East, the Arab world and some African countries, Some European countries plans for the defense seem contrary to their increasing concern and responsibilities a round the world in regard to the required strategic defense plan, instead of the European countries defense plan for troops reduction to save money for the required deficit and debt crisis reduction in many European countries. This defense plan could lead to the formation of European countries defense forces that are under-funded, ill-equipped and weak compared to other major powers a round this world.
