EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS HAVE REMAINED FAIRLY TRANSPARENT FOR THOSE WHO MAY REQUEST LEARNING, OR STUDY OPPORTUNITIES AT VARIOUS LEVELS OF EDUCATION.

Despite the requirement for many to follow regulations and specific procedures to attain permission for success as study groups, or as an individual , the education institutions that provides with the facilities that enables learning and study opportunities have remained fairly transparent for those who may request learning, or study opportunities at various levels of their education within the framework of their regulation and assistance, specifically financial assistance for those who may be recommended as successful students eligible for education grants provided by some educational foundations and projects as the project of No Child Left Behind.
