EUROPEAN COUNTRIES PLANS FOR DEFICIT AND DEBT REDUCTION AND THE ANTICIPATED CHANGES IN THE INNER CITIES SOCIAL SETTINGS OF SOCIETIES AND COMMUNITIES.
European countries plans for both deficit ad debt reduction by either tax increase, or by cuts on social assistance to the population may result in adisadvantaged social settings of the prosperous European countries, particularly in the European countries in which financial incentives have been granted for couples with increased birth rate of atleast three children,or over in their household.
The European governments plans aimed at a balanced financial strategies for economic growth and financial crisis prevention in many European countries with tight immigration policies for foreign workers have been on the trend towards population decline in the next few decades, specially in the societies in which materialism and higher standards of living of couples, or families determines the number of individuals in the household, rather than intimate relationships in marriages and obsessive sexual relationships in the European countries inner cities societies.
