USA CANADA AND THE EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES CONTROVERSIAL TRADE AND INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENTS HAVE REQUIRED THE HIGHEST COURT FINAL DECISION, DESPITE CONTINUED CITIZENS INDISCIPLINE BY PROTEST AND DEMONSTRATION AGAINST THE TRADE AGREEMENTS, SPECIALLY THE CANADIAN EUROPEAN TRADE AGREEMENT NAMED CETA.

      European Union Countries continued citizens indiscipline by protest and demonstrations against the European Trade Agreements, particularly the Canadian European Union Trade Agreement (CETA) has required the final decision of Germany's Highest Court located in the city of Karlsruhe which has set the scheduled legislative debate on the controversial trade agreements, specially the Canadian European Union Trade Agreement (CETA) that equally became controversial in the European Union Countries, despite its significance as one of the Trade Agreements that will create vast trade zone between Canada and the European Union Countries, if this controversial trade agreement were to be concluded and signed at the right time by both the Canadian and the European Union Countries governments until the end of the month of October in the Year two thousand and sixteen. Few of the controversial issues, or points of dispute and less unified agreement that have unfortunately remained unresolved entailed the predicted volume in trade exchange between Canada and the European Union Countries. The requirement for quality control on products has been another issue, whether they may be the agriculture products, or the manufactured food medicines and high technology products at the maximum industrial production scale with emphasis on the requirement for controlled use of fertilizers by farmers, or by the excessive use of hormones with bio-technology and other genetically engineered techniques intended for massive industrial, or large scale production by the industries, or companies and for the lucrative businesses between Canada and the European Union Countries, specially on agricultural and farm products such as the white, or the yellow corn pork and beef large scale produce that may immediately be transported to the European Union Markets, or the opposite, after the foreseeable conclusion of the trade agreement between Canada and the European Union Countries. Besides, the requirement for tariff and Environmental Protection regulations between the countries that have been scheduled to sign the trade agreement with additional, or further demands of the various governments and businesses to ease, or eliminate custom's fees between the countries that would sign the World's major trade and tariff agreements. However, the predicted positive decision of the Highest Court may rule in favor, or against the controversial trade tariff and investment partnership agreements.
