AVERAGE DECLINE IN ACCIDENTS RATES ON MANY ROADS IN THE USA IN THE THIRD BUSINESS QUARTER OF THE YEAR HAS REMAINED A POSITIVE OMEN FOR THE PREDICTED DECLINE, DESPITE THE CONTROVERSY ON THE PREDICTED ROAD ACCIDENTS MADE FOR THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND AND SIXTEEN.

      Considerable average decline in accidents rates for both the automotive vehicles and Pedestrians road accidents on the Interstate Highways and many roads in the USA in the third quarter of the business Year has remained a positive Omen for the projected decline in accidents rates until the end of this Year, the Year two thousand and sixteen, despite the controversy over claims of future disagreement and dispute, due to earlier conclusion that has been made on the relatively considerable average decline in accidents rates on the roads of USA various States that has been estimated may remain at  the predicted annual rates of ten percent and under for the Pedestrians road accidents and motorists accidents on the various roads in the USA that entailed the Interstate Highways USA roads Pedestrians road sides and many other roads that included the regional roads that requires much annual reconstruction for the general prevention of road accidents. However, much effort and construction work had been done and has been currently done by various groups and Departments in the joined effort for the reduction of the relatively high accidents rates on many roads in the USA by either the required annual reconstruction of the many roads with bumps and holes, or by the construction of many new roads with multiple lanes, specially on the Interstate Highways on which many road accidents have frequently occurred and have been mainly attributed to either traffic congestion, or traffic violation during the rush hours of the day, or at Night. Other issues of concern that have been frequently mentioned with regard to the relatively high accidents rates on USA roads and the attempts for prevention by continuous effort being exerted against frequent motorists and Pedestrians road accidents entailed violations caused by teenage drivers, or the drunk drivers that have frequently driven automotive vehicles on many USA roads, while impaired, or by the consumption of concentrated high content volume alcohol beverage. Other types of traffic violation that have been highlighted as the main causes of motorists road crashes and other types of frequent road accidents on the USA roads included driving over the speed limit on the Interstate Highways, the USA roads and other roads in the various States of USA. Over running the red traffic lights has been another cause of frequent road accidents in the USA that have been unfortunately neglected, or down graded by the law enforcement personnel by subjection of violators that have been made accountable to the mentioned traffic violation to further scrutiny and placement of negative driving points against their driving records.
