UNITED NATIONS SECURITY COUNCIL MEMBERS HAVE CONVENED IN THE UNITED NATIONS HEADQUARTERS IN NEW YORK TO DISCUSS AND POSSIBLY PASS A RESOLUTION FOR, OR AGAINST PYONGYANG, DUE TO WORLD WIDE DENOUNCEMENT OF ITS STRATEGIC DEFENSE WEAPONS TEST.

      United Nations Security Council Members that entailed the USA Russia China the European Union Countries Canada Japan Australia the Middle Eastern the Arab World and African Countries have convened at the United Nations Headquarters in New York to discuss and possibly pass a Resolution for, or against the World wide general denouncement of North Korean government test of its strategic defense weapons that comprised of the Long Range Ballistic Missile armed with the nuclear war head and the atomic bomb with the random targets based in the Pacific Ocean near Japanese territorial water and in the underground test facility of North Korea strategic defense weapons based in the outer skirt of Pyongyang. The atomic bomb that has been tested by Pyongyang in its underground test facility of nuclear bomb and weapons of mass destruction detonated and triggered a tremor that caused an Earthquake of magnitude that has been measured five point three percent on the Rector Scale. The World's major countries have denounced Pyongyang strategic defense weapons test as provocation, particularly by the USA China Japan and the European Union Countries amidst continued dispute over territorial water and Pacific Islands territorial integrity, specially in the China Sea and the Pacific Ocean, despite missiles test in the Pacific Ocean that has been accompanied by military skirmishes between the army forces of the USA China Japan and the Pacific Islands Nations, specially in the Pacific Ocean China Sea and in the no fly zone between North Korea and South Korea. As a result of these fundamental interest of nations for basic self defense of sovereign nations against domestic and foreign countries violation previous good diplomatic political and financial bilateral relationship between the mentioned countries has been further strained, specifically the bilateral relationship between North Korea South Korea China Japan and the Pacific Islands neighboring nations which too may further intensify the sanction against the North Korean government in Pyongyang. However, the unspecified rocket for the long range missile test that has been launched by the North Korean army forces from Pyongyang toward the unspecified target in the Pacific Ocean has ended in the Pacific Ocean near Japanese territorial water without any destruction as the previous long range missiles that have been launched and tested with the intention to measure the distance covered by the long range missile, rather than the magnitude of destruction on the impacted target and  location that often has been measured by the magnitude of damage and destruction that could be inflicted on both properties and many lives destroyed during test minor military skirmishes, or major conflicts. No statement so far has been made, or released by the government in Pyongyang against World wide denouncement of its strategic defense weapons test carried out in the last forty hours by the government of North Korea based in the capital city Pyongyang.
