USA AND CHINA HAVE AGREED TO ENDORSE DEMOCRATIC RIGHTS TO THE CLIMATE CHANGE AGREEMENT SIGNED LATE LAST YEAR BY OVER ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY COUNTRIES.

     USA and China have agreed to endorse democratic rights to the Climate Change Agreement signed by over one hundred and fifty countries in the French small city of Boutique in the outer skirt of Parish late last Year during the meeting held on Climate Change at the end of the month of November until December the twelfth of the Year two thousand and fifteen with the intention for the rescue of the planet Earth from Environmental and Ecological disaster caused by humans actions of continued pollution of the Environment by different types of pollutants that have been generally described as point and none point pollution of the atmosphere and habitats of various species and humans in the various parts if the World that have been mostly disadvantaged directly, or indirectly hit hard by the negative effect, or defect of pollution that have been caused elsewhere, particularly in the most developed and industrialized countries of this World of which the USA Russia China and the European Union Countries have significantly contributed to the predicted Climate and Environmental disaster that may happen, if the requirements for the prevention of future Climate and Environmental hazards are not fulfilled by all the countries of this World within the specified time period mentioned during the debate held in Parish late last Year, despite the known fact that the USA and China have enormously contributed to the Climate Change and the predicted Environmental problems, or the projected catastrophe, due to the high rate emission percentage being emitted annually by both countries in to the atmosphere and the domestic, or foreign habitats at the rates that have been recently revealed by the statistics that estimated the annual emission percentage of toxic gases and pollutants being emitted in to the atmosphere by the USA and China at the specific rates of fifteen to twenty five percent respectively.
