UNITED NATIONS SECURITY COUNCIL MEMBERS HAVE AGAIN AND FOR THE FOURTH TIME CONVENED TO DISCUSS IMMEDIATE SOLUTION FOR THE CURRENT HUMANITARIAN AND ARMED CONFLICT CRISIS IN SYRIA.

    United Nations Security Council Members have convened for the fourth time at the United Nations Headquarters at New York Yesterday, specifically on Friday, February 26th in the year two thousand and sixteen (2016) to discuss possible solution to the current civil war in Syria with the requirement for immediate solution to the worsening humanitarian crisis in Syria, particularly in the Northern Region of Syria in which the signed ceasefire agreement for Syria between the major powers of the USA and Russia has been implemented early Morning yesterday and specifically on Friday, February 26th in the Year two thousand and sixteen (2016) in Syria. The ceasefire agreement that has been intended to end the USA and Russia's fighter jets continued airstrikes on targets that have been identified as the Islamic Militants strongholds and Bases in the Northern part of Syria and to end the worsening humanitarian crisis in Syria, particularly in the specified regions and other regions that have been besieged by either the Government's Forces, the Rebel Forces, or the Islamic Militants Groups. However, Russian President Vladimir Putin expressed his opinion for ceasefire and peace in Syria in addition to his objection against the requirement for implementation of the United Nations alternative Resolution that authorizes the use of military force in difficult and extended armed conflicts as a solution to the demand for immediate resolution of the conflict in Syria during the brief televised interview of the President broadcasted Yesterday on the domestic and the International Media prior to the Convention of the United Nations Security Council Members held in New York. The United States of America has emphasized its support for the signed agreement for Syria between the USA and Russia, while China has remained silent, despite China's previous repeated objection to the required implementation of the United Nations alternative Resolution with the use of military force against Syria.
