THE HIGHEST EXECUTIVE DEMAND FOR IMMEDIATE APPOINTMENT OF A SUPREME COURT JUDGE AS A CONSTITUTIONAL OBLIGATION REMAINS ONE OF THE CONTROVERIAL DECISION MAKING PROCESS AND AUTHORITY IN BOTH THE SENATE AND CONGRESS.
The announcement made early in the week for the appointment of A Supreme Court Justice Judge by the highest Executive in office in the United States of America as the President's Constitutional obligation for immediate replacement of the former and the deceased fellow Americans beloved highest Judge who died suddenly of a heart attack, while on a vocation became one of the major and controversial political issues of the week in the United States of America as the Senate and Congress have expressed their objection to the Highest Executive demand for immediate appointment of a successor to the deceased Supreme Court Justice Judge Anatolia Scalia. These series of controversies in the decision making process of the USA complex system of government by decision making process and policy making differences, legislation enaction and governance has reflected the opposite effect on the decision making process and policy making differences for governance in a complex system of government as the system of the United States, when the hierarchy of decision making process has been temporarily disturbed by the exchange of the final decision making among the Executives, the Legislators and the Judiciary that frequently results as the final decision of the Highest Supreme Court Judges on the difficult and relatively serious political issues that requires the highest legislative decision making of the Highest Court of Justice, than the highest Executive authority for the final decision making on the decision making process hierarchy that has been frequently overridden by the legislators in the Parliament, or by their debates and voting on difficult, or controversial political issues and by the Highest Supreme Court of Justice final decision. However, increasing concern about the requirement for a balanced Supreme Court Judge appointment has been widely expressed by fellow Americans in order for the country to maintain the balance on its major controversial political issues and policy making differences subjects for a unified policy within the decision making process of the complex system of government. Few of the controversial political issues in the USA that requires the Highest Court decision making process for a balanced policy making entailed the immigration policy, the abortion policy, the gun control policy, the gay marriage policy, the foreign policy, taxation policy and the policy for the war against terrorism.
