GERMANY'S BEST REPUTATION FOR SAFETY AND PRECISION ON THE RAIL ROAD TRACKS AND VARIOUS MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION HAS BEEN SEVERELY HURT BY THE ACCIDENT OF THE REGIONAL TRAINS.

     Germany's best reputation for safety and precision on the scheduled time of arrivals and departure on the rail road tracks and in the various means of transportation systems, particularly the rail road transportation networks of the various systems in the various States of Germany that entailed the Free State of Bayern Munchen had been hurt on Wednesday, February 10th in the year two thousand and sixteen (2016), after two regional trains collided on one of the longest rail road tracks network systems and specifically between Rosenheim and Bad Aibling  in the free State of Bayern. Additional victim and the most severely injured passenger in the accident has died early in the Morning in the hospital and this incident of his death has added the number of the passengers that have died in the accident which included the two train pilots to eleven. The cause of the accident has so far remained unknown since the accident had occurred three days ago, despite the extended investigation on the black boxes of the trains that have failed to reveal the cause of the accident which many Investigators have indicated that the cause may have been human error attributed to the mistakes of either one, or the two pilots that have been involved in the train accident that killed eleven people and injured as many as thirteen passengers. Other factors such as bad weather conditions in continuous rainfall, snowfall and frozen ice condition may have been considered as attributes of the cause of the accident that derailed one of the regional trains off its tracks and caused, or resulted in the collision with and against the on coming regional train that had been traveling in the opposite direction of the other train. Besides, claims of rail road workers direct, or indirect involvement in the train accident by deliberate, or unintentional switches made on the tracks in the opposite direction of travel at one, two, or three stations before the location of the accident on either one, or on both of the scheduled regional trains tracks that have been simultaneously derailed off their tracks from the opposite direction of travel during the process of the accident that has killed eleven passengers and injured many others.
