DISPUTE PREVAILED AMONG GERMANY'S LARGEST COALITION GOVERNMENT CABINET MEMBERS OVER THE CURRENT CONTROVERSIAL REFUGEE AND ASYLUM SECOND PACKAGE SOLUTION.
Dispute prevailed among the cabinets members of Germany's largest coalition government over the current controversial refugee and asylum second package solution, despite the compromise that had been reached on the first refugee and asylum crisis package solution by the government's cabinet members of various political parties that comprised of the Christian Democratic Union Political Party (CDU), the Christian Social Union Political Party and the Social Democrats commonly referred to as the (SPD) with the Opposition Political Parties that entailed the Green Political Party, the Linke, or the extreme Left Political Party, the National Democratic Political Party, or Germany's extreme Right Wing Political Party and the Liberal Democrats that have gradually and eventually lost their entire seats in the German Parliament, also known as the Bundestag in the first, second and third election victories of Germany's major Political Parties with Chancellor Angela Merkel as the first female Chancellor and winner of multiple terms of office in successive election victories of acknowledged leadership that may again and repeatedly lead to re-election for the fourth term in office in the next year's election of the year two thousand and seventeen (2017). The major political, financial, humanitarian, refugee and asylum issues that have remained the major, or minor policy making issues of concern and policy making differences entailed the border control with the immigration issues, despite the requirement for a unified European Union Countries immigration policy that should be legislatively implemented, enforced and maintained by all the European Union Member Countries as obligated by the European Union Government in the European Union capital city Brussels. Besides, other political and humanitarian issues with regard to the limit of numbers of refugees and asylum seekers that may be distributed in all the European Union Member Countries, accommodated and possibly recognized as either refugee, or asylum seeker by an individual European Union Member Country. Another issue of concern has been the fulfillment of recognition and integration requirements that have been specified, or demanded by individual Eurozone Member Country that entailed the demand for proficiency in various European languages with the demand for success in the profession, or skill job training offered for every refugee and asylum seeker in the Eurozone Countries.
