THE WORLD'S MAJOR POWERS CHANGE OF POLICY WITH REGARD TO THE USE OF MILITARY FORCE FOR PEACEFUL PURPOSE WITHOUT THE UNITED NATIONS SECURITY COUNCIL APPROVAL AND WITH THE SUPPORT OF THE ARAB WORLD COUNTRIES REMAINS LESS UNDERSTOOD.

     The USA, Russia and Turkey with the Syrian military ground forces have joined the frequent airstrikes of the Northern region of Syria, while the NATO, Turkey and a number of the Arab World countries that entailed Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait and Oman have expressed their support for the airstrikes with the ground forces offensive that have crowded Syrian Northern region airspace, despite the United Nations with other major countries silence such as China about the unauthorized airstrikes of the World's major countries that have been intended to destabilized the Islamic Militants forces called ISIS with the formation of stronger Islamic State in the Northern region of both Syria and Iraq. This change of policy of the World's major powers with regard to the use of military force for peaceful purpose in Syrian Northern region without the United Nations security council approval of the use of force, or the implementation of the alternative Resolution that authorizes the use of military force in difficult and extended conflicts remains less understood. However, this change of the major powers policy in Syria, particularly that of Russia which has twice rejected the use of military force in Syria in the two previous United Nations Security Council meetings has been a good omen for the current government of President Basar El Assad that has strengthened both his position as the current President of Syria and his defiance against the major powers with the Syrian citizens demand for the President to relinquish power to the civilian rule at the worsening time period of the ever emerging fierce Syrian civil war that has lasted for over three years, inspite of continued airstrikes and missiles attacks of both the domestic Arab World countries with the major foreign powers against the formation of a stronger Islamic State in the Northern region of Syria by the Rebel Forces and the Islamic Forces called ISIS.
