EUROPEAN UNION LEADERS, PARTICULARLY OF GERMANY AND FRANCE HAVE CONVENED TODAY IN THE EUROPEAN UNION CAPITAL BRUSSELS IN THE ATTEMPT TO DISCUSS AND REACH COMPROMISE ON THE REQUIRED UNIFIED POLICY ON REFUGEE AND ASYLUM CRISIS IN WESTERN EUROPE. (FOR THURSDAY, OCTOBER 08, PUBLICATION.)

     European Union leaders, particularly of Germany and France convened today on Wednesday, October 07th in the Year two thousand and fifteen (2015) in the European Union capital Brussels in the attempt to discuss and reach compromise on the required unify policy on asylum and refugee regulations with the enacted legislations, after many domestic European Union countries formulated their own policy and regulations with the enacted domestic legislations as the required possible solution for the current refugee and asylum crisis, or problems in Western Europe. Few of the mentioned regulations and legislations that required amendment, or unification within the Eurozone countries entailed the agreement on the time period for the processing of individual, or group case of both refugees and asylum seekers in Western Europe that should not exceed one Year time period. Each and every asylum seeker, or refugee applicant may not have a second chance for application within the Western Europe, if his application has been rejected in any of the Eurozone countries. Faster eviction, or deportation process of rejected refugees and asylum seekers applicants from the domestic European countries should be made within the shortest time period. Financial packages allocation with the distribution of the basic humanitarian assistance that have been offered by the governments and various Organizations  such as the United Nations Organization, the Red Cross, the Red Crescent and the (NGOS) None Governmental Organizations remains a difficult task with continued refugees and asylum seekers influx in to Western Europe. Germany's Right Wing Radicles  with the citizens that have protested against their government's policy for refugees and asylum seekers rights in the Democratic Republic of Germany have attacked refugees and asylum seekers hostels in the various States of Germany that entailed Hamburg, Dresden and Braunschwig during the European Union leaders convention for the solution to the refugees and asylum seekers crisis in Western Europe.
