RUSSIAN AIR DEFENSE FORCES INTENSIFIED SPECIFIC AND RANDOM AIRSTRIKES ON INTENDED ISIS TARGETS IN SYRIA HAVE BEEN CONFIRMED BY VARIOUS MEDIA SOURCES.

     Russian Air Defense Forces have intensified airstrikes on intended targets in Syria believed to have been ISIS strongholds and Bases Early Morning Yesterday, after the Russian Parliament also known as the Duma approved President Vladimir Putin decision for the rather drastic and surprising airstrikes against targets in Syria. Various media sources have confirmed Russian military specific and random airstrikes in Syria on the approval of the Russian Parliament which many media sources have claimed has over-ridden the Russian Doctrines that had authorized military intervention against threats, or enemy forces attacks and territories with, or without the Parliament's approval, or the approval of other major powers such as the USA, China, the European Union countries and the United Nations Security Council Members for the alternative Resolution that may authorize military intervention with the use of military force for peaceful purpose with the permission, or approval of the United Nations Security Council Members of which the United States of America, Russia, the European Union countries, China and other significant major and peaceful countries such as Canada, Australia, Japan, South Korea, the East European countries with the few Middle Eastern, the Arab World and African countries that have frequently contributed by votes for, or against the use of military force in many parts of this World during the annual United Nations General Assembly Meetings and during the frequent and extra-ordinary meetings of the United Nations Security Council that have been generally accepted by the nations of the World as the World Body that determines peace and war in our World by various means that may entail the diplomatic and political approach, or the use of military force by the implemenation, or enforcement of the United Nations alternative Resolution that specified the authorization of the use of military force for peaceful purpose in difficult, or extended armed conflicts. However, the Russian Federation governments have remained silent about Russian government change of its previous policy with regard to the use of military force against targets in Syria for which the Russian government had repeatedly expressed its decision against the use of military force against Syria during the previous United Nations Security Council Meetings intended for the implementation, or enforcement of the United Nations alternative Resolution that specified military intervention for peaceful purpose for which Russia and China had expressed their objection. The extend of property damages with human lives that may have been lost during the Russian military airstrikes on Syria in the last fourty eight hours has remained unknown. Urgent diplomatic and political solution has been requested for the Russian airstrikes crisis in Syria by various governments, media sources and humanitarian Organizations of many countries that included the USA, the European Union  and the Arab World countries Organizations.
