ELECTRIC POWER COMPANIES WITH NON-RENEWABLE LESS ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY AND HAZARDEOUS MAIN ENERGY SOURCES MAY SURVIVE THE CHANGE OF THE GOVERNMENTS ENERGY POLICY WITH THE ENACTED LEGISLATION FOR THE SHIFT TO RENEWABLE AND ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY ENERGY SOURCES.

      Electric Power Companies with non-renewable less Environment friendly and hazardeous main energy sources such as the atomic energy and fossil fuel combustion Generators that generates electricity by fission of Uranium in Nuclear Reactors and by the combustion of coal and natural gas respectively have announced their intention to sue their governments for the financial damage inflicted on them during the time period in which they had been closed down for inspection. This inspection has been generally termed as the Stress Test, after the Committee responsible for the inspection of Power Companies, or Power Stations in the Eurozone countries and particularly in Germany declared a number of Electric Power Companies as qualified Power Companies that have successfully passed the Stress Test required by the Electric Power Committee to remain operational until the specified number of Years for enforcement of the enacted legislation that authorizes the change of the governments policy in the Eurozone countries with the required shift from the less Environment friendly energy sources such as the atomic energy and fossil fuel that have been generally referred to as attributes of accidents and pollution , or both, when compared to the Environment friendly and renewable energy sources such as the Solar, the Wind, the Geothermal and Hydro- electric energy sources. The estimated claim of damage in Euros has been specified in the range between thirty million to fourty million Euros (30-40)million Euros by the Electric Power Companies that had remained un-operational for specific time period. However, higher demand for electric energy consumption required for the support of the growing industries with additional over-consumption of electric power over extended period of time in many Households, governments and private office of the many and varied businesses may require the amendment of governments current energy policy with the enacted legislation , due to less energy production capacity of the renewable and Environment friendly Electric Energy Companies that have been selected as replacement for the non- renewable less Environment friendly, but most practical and efficient Electric Power Companies that uses the atomic energy and fossil fuel as the main energy sources for the generation of electricity that may continue to remain operational to meet the higher demand for electric energy consumption in Germany and the Eurozone countries, despite the current demand for change of the unified energy policy with the requirement for the shift from the less Environment friendly energy sources to the Environment friendly and renewable energy sources.
