UNITED NATIONS SEVENTIETH (70TH) GENERAL ASSEMBLY MEETING CONCLUDED ITS DEBATE ON WIDERANGE GLOBAL ISSUES WITH EMPHASIS ON A NEW CHAPTER FOR GLOBAL DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIES.

      United Nations seventieth (70th) General Assembly Meeting held in New York on wide range global issues has been concluded on Monday, September 28th in the Year two thousand and fifteen (2015) with emphasis on much effort for new global development strategies in the various fields of development projects in both the developed and developing countries around the World. Few of the global issues that have been discussed by leaders, delegates and Ambassadors of the major nations, particularly by the President of the United States of America President Obama, President of Russia Vladimir Putin, President of China President Xi, the High Commissioner Mr. Ki Ban Moon and the high rank European Union delegates with the delegates of East European Union countries, the Middle Eastern, the Arab World, the far East Asian and African countries entailed the concern for a new chapter for development, the current war in Syria that has been stressed by Russian President Putin as the biggest mistake of the Western countries, despite the Russian government repeated objection against the implementation with the enforcement of the United Nations alternative Resolution that authorizes military intervention with the use of military force as an option for peace during difficult conflicts, or extended warfare in areas of the World that have been frequented by extended civil wars as in the Arab World region. Besides, China's President Xi careful expression about the weakening bilateral relationship between China and the United States of America with emphasis on global Environmental problems, due to poverty and structural, or development problems. However, few high rank delegates from the many delegates of the countries of the World have mentioned the current refugees and asylum seekers influx to Western Europe and parts of Eastern Europe as part of the global problems that requires global solutions, particularly with the financial packages allocation, accommodation, education and possibly integration of refugees and asylum seekers in to Europe's various Communities and Societies, besides the deployment of Troops for the required border control at the Western, or Eastern border crossing points and along the Mediterranean Sea coastline.
