AFRICAN COUNTRIES HAVE ONCE AGAIN EXPRESSED THEIR CONCERN ABOUT THE RISING ISLAMIC MILITANTS MOVEMENTS IN THE HEART AND HORN OF AFRICA WITH THE RANDOM ATTACKS ON INNOCENT CIVILIAN CITIZENS TO THE UNITED NATIONS (UN) AND DURING THE LAST THREE SUMMIT MEETINGS OF THE ORGANIZATION OF THE AFRICAN UNITY (OAU).
African countries have expressed their concern about the rising anxiety and fear against the rise of Islamic Militants Movements in the Continent of Africa with the frequent random attacks on innocent civilian citizens in the inner cities, towns and villages of the Continent of Africa to the United Nations (UN) and during the last three Summit Meetings of the Organization of the African Unity (OAU) held in Kampala, the capital city of Uganda, Addis Ababa the capital of Ethiopia and in Pretoria the capital of South Africa, particularly after Africa's two major and formidable Islamic Movements known as Boka Haram and El Shabab located in Africa's most populated country of Nigeria, specifically in the Northern part of Nigeria and in the African Nation of Somalia respectively intensified the random attacks on civilian citizens that have been identified as mainly villagers that have frequently suffered abduction, torture, killed, or forced to flee their villages for safety in the inner cities and towns that have remained unprepared to accommodate villagers, nor have been equipped for the provision of the required security measures for the safety of the citizens in Africa's inner cities, towns and villages of the African countries in which rising Islamic Militants Movements have remained the major security concern. However, previous attempts for the control of the rise of Islamic Militants Movements in the heart and horn of the African Continent by means of military force carried out, or executed by the African countries of Uganda, Kenya and South of Sudan have proven ineffective for the required control of the rise of Islamic Militants Movements with the prevention of random attacks on innocent civilian citizens that have frequently fled their villages and towns for safety in Africa's major cities that have not been able to provide the required protection, whether they may have been security, accommodation, or the basic necessities provision such as shelters, food, drinks and medicines for the exhausted refugees from Africa's far away villages.
