UNDER-WATER PIPELINES RECONSTRUCTION IN THE NORTH SEA FOR THE EXCAVATION AND TRANSPORT OF THE EARTH'S VALUABLE NATURAL RESOURCES OF COAL AND GAS HAS CAUSED RISING ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION CONCERN, FINANCIAL AND POLITICAL ISSUES IN THE EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES AND IN RUSSIA.
Conservation of the Earth's significant natural resources extracts such as the mineral resources that may be used as the main sources of fossil fuel energy for combustion, or generation of electric energy became once again rising Environmental Protection concern, financial and political issues in Germany, the Northern Eurozone countries and in Russia, after the major gas producing companies merged to sign an agreement for the excavation of the Earth's valuable natural resources of gas and coal with the rebuilding of under-water pipelines in the North Sea that will produce and transport huge volumes of gas from the North Sea and far away destinations to the distribution centers, electric energy companies and many households in the Democratic Republic of Germany and the neighboring countries of Denmark, the Nederlands, Norway and Sweden, despite Germany's and the European Union countries unified and controversial energy policy that authorized the change of the Eurozone countries energy policy with the shift from the use of fossil fuel such as coal, or gas and the atomic energy as the main sources for generation of electric energy to the less hazardeous, less polluting and Environment friendly energy sources such as the Solar, the Wind, the Geothermal and Hydro elecricity energy sources which the Democratic Republic of Germany and other European Union countries have supported and enacted legislations for the gradual and eventual replacement of the less Environment friendly energy sources with the mentioned renewable and Environment friendly energy sources in the Eurozone countries. However, high technology difficulties for the required break-through in the renewable and Environment friendly energy sources for the generation of high capacity electric energy power to meet the rising high demand of electric energy consumption by the industries, various governments Departments, or Ministries, private sector businesses, Institutions, Organizations and many households, besides the predicted power outage and financial losses in Germany and other Eurozone countries has caused varied political reaction among the European Union member countries on the unified and controversial energy policy of the European Union countries.
