THE DEMAND FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF UNITED NATIONS ALTERNATIVE RESOLUTION FOR PEACE BY USE OF MILITARY FORCE IN SYRIA AND NORTHERN IRAQ REGION HAS REMAINED CONTROVERSIAL.

      The USA, Russia, the European Union, Syria and other major countries with the Organizations have again reconvened to discuss possible military intervention in Syria and Northern Iraq region, despite three times rejection by the United Nations Security Council with the emphasis against the major countries demand for peace in Syria and Northern Iraq region by the implementation, or enforcement of the United Nations Alternative Resolution  for peace that specified  military intervention in the major areas of conflicts, or areas of extended conflicts by use of military force after the approval of the United Nations Security Council Members of which the USA, Russia, China, the European Union countries, Canada, Australia, Japan, the Middle Eastern, the Arab World, the Asian and African countries have frequently contributed by votes for peace in this  World, due to their objection to the implementation of the United Nations alternative Resolution for peace by use of a joined military force of the major countries against the World's major areas of conflicts as the Middle Eastern, the Arab World, the Asian, East European and African countries. However, the high rank delegation meetings held over the weekend in the mentioned countries emphasized the requirement for immediate response of the Syrian government for discussion with the Rebels and Islamic Militants Fighters in the next few days, or weeks , before the implementation of the alternative Resolution for peace by the use of military force with, or without the United Nations Security Council Members approval that requires three quarters majority votes of the member countries in order for the Council to authorize the militray intervention with the use of force for peace to stop continued bloodshed in the major areas of conflict around the World, particularly in Middle Eastern and the Arab World countries of Syria, Northern Iraq and Afghanistan.
