TRADE UNIONS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE PUBLIC SECTOR HAVE BEEN DISGRUNTLED BY THE GOVERNMENT'S LACK OF COMPROMISE ON THE PREVIOUSLY UNHEEDED DEMANDS FOR TARIFF INCREASE THAT ENTAILED THE DEMAND FOR FIVE PERCENT TARIFF INCREASE FOR THE PUBLIC SECTOR EMPLOYEES.
Trade Unions and Employees of the public sector in the various States of Germany that entailed the free State of Bayern Munchen have been disgruntled by the government's lack of compromise on the previously unheeded demands for tariff increase that has been specified as five percent (5%) tariff increase for the public sector workers which included the rail road, airlines, post service and kinder garden teachers in the various States of Germany, despite repeated warnings by both the trade unions and employees of the public sector against civil indiscipline by protest, demonstration and strike in the various fields of work of the public sector employees in the entire States of Germany. Other highlighted and significant aspects on the previously unheeded demands of the public sector employees entailed safety concern and improved working conditions in the various fields of the public sector work. Besides, the demands for under-staffed public sector employees in the various Ministries, or departments of the public sector work, specially in the rail road sector for long distance travel for both the regional and Intercity trains with the demand for unlimited employment benefits for the public sector employees in unlimited over time bonus for the long term and well experienced employees of the public sector. However, the government has remained objected to the demand for increasing the percentage of tariff in the various public sector branches it believed may hurt the various industries in Germany and perhaps in other Eurozone countries, despite increasing financial and economic performance in Germany that has more than doubled in the second business quarter, when compared to the allocated minimal pay raise in the public sector branches that has been required to meet the expense of the rising standards of living in Germany and the Eurozone countries.
