RIGHT WING DEFENSE LAWYERS HAVE ATTAINED A BREAK-THROUGH IN THE PREVIOUSLY DISPUTED RIGHTS OF SUSPECTS TO LEGISLATIVE DEFENSE PROTECTION AND POLITICAL PARTICIPATION IN THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF GERMANY.

     Right wing defense lawyers have attained a break-through on the required legislative defense protection for the accused suspects of murder, arson and Neo-Nazi collaborators during the last session of the lengthy indictment process against Neo- Nazi suspects and collaborators in the series of murder of innocent civilian citizens and refugees, or asylum seekers decades ago in the Democratic Republic of Germany after the Highest Court in Karlsruhe Germany adjourned its debate for the required final decision on the lengthy Neo-Nazi indictment process with the demand for the ban of right wing  political parties and Neo-Nazi suspects from political participation in the Democratic Republic of Germany. However, both the right wing and the left wing with the moderate and major political parties in the various States of Germany that entailed the free State of Bayern Munchen have generally regarded the specified demand for the legislative ban of right wing political parties and Neo-Nazi suspects from political participation in the Democratic Republic of Germany as unconstitutional and violation of both citizens civil and Constitutional Rights for the required legislative protection and  political participation in any type of Democratic system of government of which Germany has been widely acknowledged and recognized as one of the many successful Democracy in the Eurozone and in the World.
