THE FREQUENT CRASH RATES OF BOTH MOTORISTS AND PEDESTRIANS ACCIDENTS ON THE INTERSTATE HIGHWAYS AND MANY ROADS IN THE USA, DESPITE THE MUCH WORK THAT HAD BEEN DONE AND CONTINUE TO BE DONE ON THE MENTIONED ROADS TO REDUCE THE RISING SAFETY CONCERN.

      Despite the much effort being exerted to reduce the rising safety concern for both motorists and Pedestrians accidents on the Interastate Highways and many USA roads by frequent reconstruction effort in multiple lanes construction, maintenance of damage roads, erection of traffic signals, warning signs and guide, or directional signs, the crash rates for both Pedestrians and motorists on the Interstate Highways and other roads in the USA have relatively remained constant at the rates of ten percent (10%) and twice as much respectively. Over- running, or beating of the traffic red light has been another minor traffic violation to the major highlighted significant aspect of procuring your driving privilege on the many roads in the USA by the decency required in obtaining your driver's license that should be determine by individual's success in both the written and practical driving test.
