GLOBAL EFFORT FOR A UNIFIED CLIMATE CHANGE AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ISSUES POLICY HAS REMAINED CONTROVERSIAL

      Global effort for a unified climate change and Environmental Protection issues policy that entailed a unified policy on measures for the reduction of toxic gases emission such as carbon dioxide, carbon mono-oxide and other harmful gases emission that have contributed to the increasing pollution of the major industrialized cities and the atmosphere has remained controversial, particularly after Russia and China convened in Moscow over a week ago for a renewed effort to reduce toxic gases emission in the atmosphere that included smoke in the cities and the ever increasing Ozone layer above the atmosphere which scientists have proven by scientific experiments as the cause of the gradual increase in global warming as a result of increase in global temperatures that has exceeded one degree Fahrenheit and continued to cause unpredicted atmospheric effect in natural catastrophes such as hurricanes tornedoes much rainfall mudslides drought and the melting of ice in both the Arctic Circle and Antarctica region that have continously caused damages on habitats and on the species that have been threatened by extinction which too may include human-beings. However, financial benefits and economic gains of both the developed and developing countries seemed to have either neglected, or ignored the threats of emerging changes in the atmosphere with the required safety for mankind and other living things in our World of today and tomorrow.
