Germany's largest coalition government has experienced greater divide on various controversial themes that entailed equal rights for gay marriage partners with much tolerance for unacceptable sexual practice such as homosexuality, lesbian and child phonography practice among members of various Communities and Society, particularly of the mostly conservative Christian Communities of the Southern most parts of Germany and the Free State of Bayern Munchen. This controversy in the major political parties policy making principles within the unified policy making principles of the country's greater coalition government have had relatively major impact on the regional election results, specially in the States of North Rhein Westfallen, Schleswig Holstein, Sachsen, Sachsen Anhalt, Niedersachsen, Baden Wuttenberg and the Free State of Bayern Munchen. The Social Democrats also known as the SPD and the Green Political Party of Germany have expressed their intention for much tolerance of gay marriage equal rights and homosexuality practice as both civil and Constitutional Rights of the German citizen, while the Christian Democratic Union Political Party (CDU) and the Christian Social Union Political Party (CSU) have objected to the policy making and enaction of legislation for gay marriage partners equal rights and equal rights for child up-bringing, particularly the adoption of child, or children by gay marriage partners that requires further parental and legislative scrutiny.
