Assisted death legislation for terminally ill patients and for patients that have suffered major laceration, or long term unconciousness in accidents, or by very difficult living conditions remains controversial major theme for discussion in many hospitals, or Health Departments and among leaders, politicians, legislators, scientists and medical Doctors in the various Parliaments of many developed and developing countries of the World, particularly in the developed countries of USA and few European Union countries in which violation of organ donation legislation and medical practice for organ donation for surgery and medical researches with ever increasing compensation in financial incentives have exceeded the normal and acceptable medical practice required for organ donation and researches that have saved many lives, instead of the attempts with the sought for approval by legislative authority and medical practice to end normal healthier lives for hidden purposes that may be much amounts of money paid in financial incentive compensation policy for the organs donated for various medical surgery and researches in both the domestic donor country, or in other countries in which financial incentive benefits, conflict of interest, materialism and power struggle have exceeded, or surpassed religious, or ethical values and guidelines in both religious and none religious Communities, or Societies of both the developed and developing countries of this World with special emphasis on the USA and European Union countries.
