EUROPEAN UNION GOVERNMENTS FAIR DECISION MAKING PROCESS HAS BEEN REQUIRED ON BOTH THE MAJOR AND MINOR ISSUES ON DOMESTIC EUROZONE POLICY AND ON ISSUES FACING THE DOMESTIC EUROZONE AND FOREIGN CITIZENS, DESPITE THE SUCCESS WITH THE DIFFICULTIES IN THE STRUGGLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THE UNIFIED DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN POLICY.

    European Union governments effort for fair decision making process at the highest executive levels with the approval of European Union countries various Parliaments decisions on the current major and minor issues facing Eurozone's domestic policy with the citizens and foreigners that have been recognized as Eurozone citizens, besides the requirement for a unified Eurozone policy on various political, diplomatic, legislative, financial and economic issues such as the controversy on a unified defense policy, a unified immigration policy, a unified policy on various transportation systems, or networks, a unified energy policy, a unified finance and economic policy intended to upgrade the credit lines of all Eurozone countries for better standards of living of the preferred Eurozone countries with more financial freedom for every Eurozone citizen on one hand and on the other hand the success with the difficulties in the struggle for implementing, or the enforcement of both the major and minor Eurozone's current domestic and foreign policies that have caused many extended and controversial debates in the European Union countries various Parliaments, specially on the specified major and minor issues that have been required either by the authorities in office, or may have resulted from various accountability methods being placed on Eurozone's citizens by their many governments for either productivity reason, or disciplinary reason for a better, or less innocent, less consuming and fairly intelligent Eurozone citizen that have frequently demanded changes in the regulations, legislations and various accountability methods by continued civil indiscipline in protest, demonstration and strikes that have qualified Eurozone's citizens and various governments practice of Democracy as the acknowledged and probably the mostly outstanding practices that will be recognized in the European and the World's mordern history as the fairly interesting models of all Democracy, Inspite of violations that have made both the domestic Eurozone and foreign citizens to victims.
