EUROPEAN UNION PARLIAMENT AND PARTICULARLY THE GERMAN PARLIAMENT HAVE CONCLUDED THEIR DEBATES ON THE REQUIRED LEGISLATIVE AND TECHNICAL MEASURES TO ENCOUNTER FREQUENT CYBER ATTACKS ON THE DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL NETWORKS.

    European Union Parliament and particularly the German Parliament have concluded the Parliamentary and Committees debates on the required legislative and technical measures to encounter the rising problem of frequent cyber attacks and hacking on significant personal, or business data in the domestic Eurozone and International Networks late last weekend, despite less, or the decreasing effectiveness of previous similar legislative and technical measures on the previous and recent cyber attacks and hacking on personal data that may entail personal business transaction data, phone calls violation, whether they may have been official, or private with further violation of internet and tele-communication data transfer by hacking and other violations. Besides, the use of the domestic Eurozone and International networks that may include Base Stations to launch attacks on nuclear Reactors in the domestic Eurozone and foreign countries which both the NATO Cyber Defense Division and Eurozone Cyber Police have failed to trace and identify since the last and most disturbing cyber attacks on South Korean and Iranian nuclear Reactors. Few media sources have claimed without any evidence to support their statements that the USA hackers, specially the USA hackers from the USA Highest Institutions of Education Laboratories have been responsible for similar cyber attacks, while other sources have suspected the Russians, Chinese, Japanese, the European Union  and Middle Eastern countries hackers from the Highest Institutions of Learning as the Universities and Technical Colleges Laboratories.
