       USA citizens demand for government's action against the security and enforcement measures that have been generally described as police violence, or brutality against American youth in various communities, specially in the black communities of the various States in the USA may become more controversial, despite USA citizens repeated protest y demonstration against their government and the legislative authorities inaction, or silence, particularly after repeated failed debates in both the USA Congress and Senate for citizens demand for action with the requirement for changes in the enforcement policy that specified the requirement for changes in the law enforcement security and enforcement measures of armed police patrol in the various communities that entailed Communities with higher crime rate. However, this demand for changes in the USA law enforcement measures that became one of the country's major political issue, specially during the congressional and Senate election race may require the enaction of a legislation after thorough scrutiny of the policy in both the Congress and Senate by the government's and legislative authority complex decision making process for policy making and the enaction of a legislation.
