       USA and European Union countries extensive media coverage on the possible spread of the three weeks young epidemic outbreak on few individuals that have been identified as mostly travelers from the USA, or European Union countries  and other countries that entailed Russia, Australia, Canada, the Asian, the Middle East and Arab World countries to West Africa, or the opposite have had greater impact on various fields in the USA and European Union countries, particularly on the Health, Transportation and Security Departments that have been generally alarmed by air travelers from mostly the African Continent to either the USA, or European Union countries as ebola host, or carriers and often labeled as ebola scare- crow, specially the tall and thinner, young and older black and African travelers on both the USA and European Union countries domestic and International flights bound for, or from Africa. However, the USA and European Union countries governments have delayed their decision on the demand for flight restriction from the West African countries in which many people have died of ebola disease, or possible signs of ebola, due to the requirement for further scrutiny on the disease that has been described as not airborne, despite citizens protest by demonstration in the USA for adequate protection from the disease that may mutate and become airborne disease in both the European Union and USA soil.
