      The crack down on ISIS suspects that exceeded security measures and violated European Union citizens Constitutional Rights, or civil Rights, particularly of those with Islamic, or Muslims parents background, besides the abuse, or mistreatment of refugees and asylum seekers of Arab World countries origin has resulted in either the apology, or resignation of Germany's Federal Government high rank government officials, particularly in in the Northern States of Schleswig Holstein, Hamburg and North Rhein Westfallen after the Arab World countries community leaders, educators and Arab World Journalists extensive media coverage on security measures against ISIS suspects, or ISIS collaborators revealed high rank government officials involvement in the multiple abuse and violation of the various groups mentioned in the article. The government in Germany accepted both the apology and resignation of the few high rank government officials that have been implicated in the act of abuse, or violation of innocent refugees, or asylum seekers of Arab World countries origin, or Africans with Muslim parents background and convened in the extra-ordinary meeting that emphasized the requirement for the enaction of a legislation that will authorize the control of Germany's traveling documents for those that have been suspected as ISIS, or ISIS collaborators.
