USA POLITICIANS REQUEST FOR BETTER DECISION MAKING PROCESS HAS CONTINUED TO CLAIM MANY TOWNS IN IRAQ'S NORTHERN STATE.
Indecisiveness among USA politicians and military highest command at home and abroad has caused further uncertainty on what must be done with regard to the rising crisis in Iraq, due to militants continued advancement with the occupation of bigger towns such as Hama, Abaija and three other towns at the border to Syria that have been considered big enough for the militants to declare an Islamic State with the capital in the Northern region of Iraq. However, frequent air defense fortress of both the Iraqi and USA Airforce Bases in the Arab World has delayed farther advancement of ISIS Islamic Militants toward the capital Baghdad.
Prime Minister Nour El Malaki request for both political and military assistance from the USA, Western and Arab Islamic neighboring countries has remained unfulfilled because of USA politicians sought for better decision making process with regard to the rising crisis in Iraq's Northern State that has continued to claim many Iraq's Northern towns with the damage of both civilian lives and property. Refugees influx from the occupied Northern towns to Baghdad and the neighboring countries has been estimated in millions of refugees that entailed women, children and men.
