THE SUDDEN CHANGES IN THE USA POLICIES OF DISARMAMENT, TROOPS REDUCTION, TROOPS WITHDRAWAL FROM THE USA MILITARY BASES HAS PERPLEXED MANY LEADERS, POLITICIANS, MILITARY GENERALS AND INTELLECTUALS IN MANY COUNTRIES OF THE WORLD.

THE SUDDEN CHANGES IN THE USA POLICIES OF DISARMAMENT, TROOPS REDUCTION, TROOPS WITHDRAWAL FROM USA MILITARY BASES HAS PERPLEXED MANY LEADERS, POLITICIANS, MILITARY GENERALS AND INTELLECTUALS IN MANY COUNTRIES OF THE WORLD.

       The sudden changes in the USA policies with regard to Troops redeployment in the USA military Bases in foreign countries  with increased recruitment rate, instead of Troops reduction, Troops withdrawal from the war zones and the disarmament of the military in the USA and other foreign countries that have been described as USA Allies without the Senate, Congress, or Parliamentary approval required for change of the policies that have been enacted to legislations and adopted by many domestic Federal Governments at home and foreign governments abroad has perplexed many leaders, politicians, legislators and intellectuals in many countries around the World, particularly during the USA President visit to Poland in which redeployment of the USA forces with increased budget allocation estimated at the sum of one billion US dollars in annual payment, rather than the budget cuts and increased taxes that have been implemented by the Congressional Republican Party majority for budget deficit reduction, debt reduction  and for the prevention of further devaluation of the USA currency the dollar with the predicted future financial and economic downtrend of the global major economies that entailed the USA, Russia, China, the European Union countries, Japan and few other major economies that have not been mentioned which too have revealed the highlighted sudden changes in the USA Troops withdrawal and disarmament policies that may be accompanied by similar changes in many countries of the World. The Secretary General Rasmaussen emphasized the assertion of the Western powers being threatened by Russia, while many politicians from both the USA and European Union countries have regarded the sudden changes in the USA policies as a chance for both the USA and Russia to end their political and military dispute in East of Ukraine.
