USA GOVERNMENT APPROVAL OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION PROJECTS WITH THE ALLOCATION OF ONE BILLION US DOLLARS, INSPITE OF CONTROVERSY EXCEEDED THE EXPECTATION OF VARIOUS GROUPS AND GOVERNMENTS.

       USA government approval of environmental protection purpose and safety of the World's population with the allocation of one billion US dollars in financial assistance for the scientific researches and environmental protection projects within the shortest time period  exceeded expectation of various groups and governments that have expressed their concern about the general neglect in the field of environmental protection purpose, researches and projects by various major Institutions and governments that entailed the USA, Russia, China, Japan, the Middle East, the Arab World and African countries, despite the controversy in the implementation of many of these projects that have been outweight by efficiency, productivity and financial benefits of many factories, companies and businesses in mostly the developed countries. Attributes of controversial debates for implementation of environmental protection policies that have not been enacted to legislations in the USA, Russia, China, Japan, few European Union and many East European countries entailed the change of governments energy policies with the shift from the atomic energy to the environment friendly renewable energy sources that entailed the Wind, Solar and Geothermal energy sources. In addition to the effort being exerted by various groups and governments for emission and pollution reduction in the Environment with increased safety measures within the domestic and foreign conversation areas, or the protected habitats.
