THE EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES LEADERS HAVE RECONVENED TO DISCUSS THE SHIFT IN EUROPE'S CHANGING POLICIES AND GREECE FUTURE AS THE EUROPEAN UNION MEMBER NATION.


        Greece remains both as a critical factor in Europe's current change of policies, political parties, or system of governments from the Capitalistic types of system of governments  to the Socialist oriented system of governments and  a decisive factor that determines the European Union future economic, political and military might as the world's future major power within the frame work of the European Union countries integration that should entail Greece, particularly after President Papoulias failed attempt to form a transitional government and rescue the election results that gave the Conservative Socialists Political Party in Athens the overwhelming election victory over other Conservative and Capitalistic oriented political parties in Greece within the time period of seven days as dictated by the Greece Constitution which has given the President the authority to dissolve the election and rescheduled new election for the seventeenth of June in the year two thousand and twelve ( June/17/ 2012). However, the European Union countries leaders have reconvened to discuss the shift in Europe's changing policies and Greece future as the European Union member nation after the German Kanzler Angela Merkel met the new French President Francois Hollande to discuss thesame topic.
