THE CAPITALISTIC ORIENTED CHRISTAIN DEMOCRATIC UNION POLITICAL PARTY (CDU) HAS REAFFIRMED ITS POSITION AS IT SOUGHT COALITION GOVERNMENT ON CLEAR MANDATE.


         Germany's capitalistic oriented Christain Democratic Union Political Party has reaffirmed its position in power as it sought coalition government with the major and the minor political parites such as the CSU and the FDP on clear mandate that specified changes in the energy policy with the concern on the environmental protection, particularly on the shift from the  atomic energy as the main energy source to the environment friendly renewable energy sources such as the Wind energy source, the Solar energy source and the Geothermal energy source. Besides, the citizens demand for the closer of the nuclear waste storage facility in the Niedersachsen small town of Gorleben, despite the Social Democrats election victory in the two States of Schleswig Holstein and the North Rhein Westfalia which have been referred to as attributes of the political changes in the European Union countries that led to the Socialists and the Social Democrats rise to power in the various European Union countries.
