CRITICISM OF THE AGE SPECIFIED FOR TEENAGE ORGAN DONORS VOLUNTEERS AS IMMATURE AGE.


         The German Parliament, the Bundestag concluded its legislative authority on organ donation by the enaction of the legislation that specified the age limit for organ donors volunteers at the age of sixteen and over in all the States of Germany, despite criticism of the age limit specified as immature age for the volunteers teenagers to make decision on organ donation, particularly for those teenagers that may be admitted in hospitals with severe, or terminal illness cases. Besides, prior payment of advance cash money for both the teenage and adult organs donation volunteers amidst the current crisis in healthcare systems that entailed the declining standards of the healthcare services in many European Union countries that included Germany, the ballooning healthcare Insurance premiums, the recent scandal in physicians strike for pay raise and patients bill manupulation.
