           Europe's political changes of the decade that marked the European Union politics as the world's most interesting political changes of the decade for better financial strategies, better Monetary policies  with strengthened currencies value and best economic growth that awaits decisive factors in political changes in the Union, the decision making process of the European Union leaders and the European Union Parliament at the critical phase of the changes and the developement that will determine the European Union predicted economic dominancy as the world's major economic and political power with its currency as the world's best currency, instead of its current position as the the world's third best currency to the USA dollar and the Chinese Yuan. However, the value of the European Union currency the Euro, along with the domestic currencies such as the Deutschmark and many others dropped in value at the percentage rates that ranged from 0.36% to 3.2% respectively within the Euro-Zone, due to the warning of recession by the Organization for economic co-operation and developement that may further devalue the Euro and the European Union countries domestic currencies, if both the European Union leaders and the European Union Parliament would support the Socialists Political Parties suggested financial and economic solution in a unified Euro-bond for the European Union countries that may further face financial crisis, due to the European Union Austerity Measures.
