THE MISSION IN LIBYA HAS BEEN DECLARED ACCOMPLISHED,INSPITE OF THE PRESENCE OF POCKETS OF RESISTANCE IN PARTS OF TRIPOLI.
After six months of fierce battle in Libya, the UN, the NATO, the European Union Defense Forces and the Rebel forces have declared the mission for the removal of President Muamar Gadhafi from power and for the change of the system of government in Libya as acccomplished, inspite of the presence of pockets of resistance in various parts of Tripoli which the British special forces on the ground and in the air have continued to take them gradually one at a time, or many at a time for the eventual required victory of the NATO in Tripoli and possibly for yet the foreseeable out- break of another war in the Persian Gulf and the Arab world region because since few days of the government's seat transfer from Benghazi to Tripoli, some Libyan forces have escaped with military vehicles and equipments to the Sahara desert, despite the transitional government plan to reinstate some of Gadhafi's high rank Generals and the high government officials in to the new system of government. The UN and the European Union have allocated the sum of one billion euros (E$ 1,000,000,000.00) as the estimated amount of Libya's frozen money and transactions during the sanction.
