The latest updates on the war in Libya emphasized the Rebel forces attack on President Muamar Gadhafi home town of Syrte along with the attack of the British special air and ground forces command based in Tripoli that helped the Rebel forces succeeded in storming Muamar's third residence in Syrte in which his family and possibly himself have sought protection from the British Airforce frequent air raids on specific targets inside Tripoli. The wife of President Muamar and children succeeded to escape in private airplane from Libya to ALgeria and have been granted a sylum status in the capital of Algeria. However, Muamar has not been granted asylum in absence by any nation , even the Arab world nations and has continued on the run from one town, or village to another as the Rebel forces advances in their attack against him and some of the resistance forces.
