The USA current controversial political highlight remains the mounting debt and the budget crisis that has ballooned the USA debt to a level that has been referred to as the alarming level which further sparked political struggle between the country's two main political parties the Republicans and the Democrats. However, there has neither been collective political approach towards the solution of the USA mounting debt and budget crisis, nor there seem to be a scientific solution from the responsible Departments that entails the Treasury, Commerce and the Economic Departments. The Republican party solution to the problem includes spending cuts. The solution for debt and budget deficit crisis which many European Union countries have implemented and succeeded in stages to adjust their budgets and repay the debt. But, the Republican party and the Americans can only succeed in resolving the USA debt and budget crisis, if the Republican party win the next year Presidential election and Replace the Democratic party with some Americans whose solution to the problem has been partial tax policy on the over ten percent rich Americans and the ninety percent middle class Americans. The rich Americans would be taxed higher than the rest of the Americans because the tax revenue from the ten percent rich Americans makes over fifty six percent of the tax revenue from the ninety percent middle class Americans. Nevertheless, outsourcing problems among the wealthiest companies of many rich Americans has not been resolved and constitutes the issues that have been referred to as the causes of the social economic political and the racial divide in the USA.
