POLITICS EXCEEDED THE LEGISLATIVE GUIDANCE IN BOTH GERMANY'S DOMESTIC POLICY AND THE EUROPEAN UNION POLICY.

Germany's role as a mojar economic, political and problem solver in the European Union and in the world became controversial, when the German citizens and the German intellectuals requested the High Court in Germany, specifically in Karlruhe to make the decision and the judgement on the government's action in regard to the allocation of both loan and the financial rescue package to Greece which Germany alone has so far contributed the amounts of twenty two point four billion euros ($22.400,000,000.00) euros and a hundred and fourty seven point six billion euros ($147.400,000,000.00)euros in loan and the financial rescue package respectively. However, the High Court decision came as a surprise that caused controversy and political highlight in Germany and around the world, when the High Court judgement on the government's action and financial assistance allocation came as an abuse, or rather abusive to both the European Union policy and the German government domestic policy . The German High Court emphasized the fact that the European Union policy does not make one country captive of other Union member country financial, or economic responsibilities and that the politics has exceeded the legislative guidance in regard to both the domestic policy in Germany and the European Union policy.
