The unheeded train pilots demand for pay raise has rendered land transportation by train in many parts of Germany unoperational. The protest that has lasted for over twenty four hours caused chaos on land transportation by train as it emphasizes the pilots demand for the specified pay raise of about s2,700 euros,instead of the current payment of 1,700 euros a month.
The extend of damages inflicted as aresult of the protest has not been specified.
