THE UN EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR TEMPORARY SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM OF THE REFUGEES INFLUX FROM THE NORTH AFRICAN COUNTRIES.

The influx of illegale border crossing of refugees from Tunisia and Libya as a result of the peaceful revolution in the North African continent, the Middle East and the Arab world has been reported in several North African countries and as far as beyond the Mideterranean sea in the Italian small town of Lampedusa. However, the North African and the European Union countries unpreparedness for the acommodation of the refugees influx has caused the unprecedented border surveillance in all the European Union countries, but at thesame time initiated the UN emergency management plan for temporary solution to the refugees influx problem from the North African countries.
