THE ARCTIC CIRCLE WINTER STORM HAS ONCE AGAIN CAUSED SEVERE WINTER WEATHER IN THE USA.

The Arctic circle Winter storm has once again caused severe Winter season in snowfall, ice, rain and much lower Winter temperatures measured in minus degrees centigrade in the Mid West and the North Eastern parts of the USA. Electric power outages and road accidents have been reported in mostly the Mid West and the North East. However, neither an emergency alert, nor evacuation have been declared in the areas that may remained with out power for the next several days.
