Inspite of the pro-abortion activists demand for the amendment of Roe vs Wade legislation by demonstration in the USA State's Capital that has been likely to repeated over several months, Both the legislative and the Judicial bodies of ther USA government have been unlikely to give in and heed the more controversial demand of the pro-abortion activists for the rights of pregnant women to end the lives of their unborned infants, if it is necessary to do so.
The claim to the right for more liberal abortion legislation had been based on the rising cost of medication for pregnant women, the higher standard of living in the USA and the increasing number of unknown and incurable diseases that could be found on pregnant women and their infants in the USA.
