GERMAN GOVERNMENT ADMITTANCE OF INVOLVEMENT IN THE WORLD RESPONSIBILITY HAS BEEN CONTRADICTED BY ITS RECENT DEFENSE POLICY OF TROOPS REDUCTION.
German government recent admittance of involvement not just in the European Union, but the world responsibility as the major significant nation has been contradicted by its recent defense policy of troops reduction to a hundred and sixty five thousand only, despite the deployment of its troops to Afghanistan, Iraq and other parts of the world for both the military and peace keeping missions.
Although the troops reduction policy may have been attributed to citizens less inclination towards defense services in the country and the government's plan for military budget reduction, rather than the discouragement of the young from the defense services in the country, it may significantly reduce the German military involvement in future military and peace keeping missions as well as the defense of Germany and the European Union.
