THE ACCEPTED HEALTH CARE REFORM DOES NOT ENTAIL FAIR PLANS FOR THE UNEMPLOYED CITIZENS.

The accepted health care reform in Germany may be regarded as nearly similar to the health care reform of former President George W. Bush in which health care cost had been rationalized at the fairest percentage of about 8.3 to 7.9 percent respectively, besides the additional stimulus packages intended to ease insurance premium cost and reduce the rising number of the uninsured citizens.
However, the accepted health care reform does not have plans for the uninsured unemployed citizens that have attributed to the rising number of the unemployed citizens. If we calculate the number of the unemployed citizens in Germany, or in the USA at the current unemployment rates which stands at 6.9 and 9.6 percent respectively the number of the citizens in both countries exceeds the amounts allocated for social expense by billions of dollars, that could mean, if the unemployed were to pay 7.9 percent for health care millions of citizens would be made very hungry in both countries.
