THE OBSERVATION MADE REVEALED THE IRONY IN THE PHASE OF PROGRESS IN TWO DIFFERENT SECTORS OF THE SAME SYSTEM IN DEVELOPED COUNTRIES GOVERNMENTS.

Observation made in the USA, Europe, Russia, Asian countries, Middle East, Arab and African countries have revealed unprecedented progress in the fields of high tecnology, particularly in the fields of communication, transport, Aviation and Architecture by the introduction of series of new inventions in computers, iphones, ipads,machines, airplnes trains and many new automotive vehicles by private companies, rather than governments co-operations and this explains the irony in the faster progress in private sectors compared to the slow recovery process in the attempts by many governments to revamp their economies. The request for changes to all governments over the world to adapt to policies and beaurocratic procedures that enhances progress and faster developement in order for the leaders and the governments to revamp their economies and prevent the encroaching poverty amongst its citizens has been more urgent than it may have been previously.
