THE LEGISLATIVE MEASURE THAT HAS HALTED THE OFF-SHORE OIL DRILLING WITH NO EXCEPTION REFLECTED THE USA ARROGANCE ON KNOW-HOW AND POSSIBILITIES.

The consequence of the gulf coast oil spill in the legislative measure that has finally halted deep water off shore drilling with no exception for the President's project that aims to reduce the USA dependency on foreign oil and sufficient reliable sources of energy has reflected Americans arrogance in regard to the American tradition of know-how with possibilities attributed to its mordern culture that seem to have influenced and engulfed all the traditions and cultures of far away countries, specifically those nations in different continents. These could also mean that, if American oil companies have not succeeded in the off shore deep water oil drilling no country in this world can succeed in this project.
