THE FIGHT FOR GUN OWNERSHIP HAS CONTINUED IN THE USA COURTS, INSPITE OF THE HIGH RATE IN CRIMES COMMITTED ATTRIBUTED TO DOMESTIC GUN USE AND SHOOTING.

Imagine the USA government and its citizens without the manufacturing capabilities, purchase, or ownership and use of guns at both the domestic and foreign levels.
The USA may become hell on Earth, when compared to some European countries in which the ban on manufacturing, ownership and use of guns by both the governments and individuals could transform these nations to heaven on Earth. The fight against the new legislation that has been implemented in some States in the USA that partially, or totally bans the purchase and ownership of guns with, or without license in all the States of the USA may require constitutional reform in the USA since the USA second Amendment limits the government, or State's control of gun of the USA citizen.
In other words gun ownership and perhaps its use has been made to constitutional rights of every USA citizen, inspite of the high rate in crimes committed every year that have been attributed to domestic gun use and shooting.
